This Privacy Policy describes how Nous Institute LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company (“Nous Institute,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and protects the personal information of visitors, applicants, and students who use our website at nousinstitute.com and our related educational services (collectively, the “Services”).

Please read this policy carefully. By using our website or submitting information through any of our forms, you consent to the practices described here. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use our Services.

We take your privacy seriously. We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for advertising. We collect only what is necessary to serve you well.

1.  Who We Are

Nous Institute LLC is a New Mexico limited liability company offering educational training programs, teachings, and personal guidance in the field of integrated Self-realization, founded and directed by Alejandro Negrete-Hendrie. We operate through our website at nousinstitute.com. Students pay tuition to and enter into agreements with Nous Institute LLC.

For questions about this policy or your personal information, contact us at info@nousinstitute.com.

2.  Information We Collect

We collect personal information only when you voluntarily provide it. We do not collect information about you without your knowledge.

a. Newsletter and Waitlist Sign-ups

When you subscribe to the Nous Institute newsletter or join the training waitlist, we collect your first name and email address. This information is managed through ConvertKit, our email platform.

b. Clarity Call Applications

When you submit a Clarity Call application, we collect your name, email address, and your written responses to our application questions. These responses may include personal information about your psychological and spiritual history, current life circumstances, and inner experience. This information is used solely to prepare for your Clarity Call with Alejandro Negrete-Hendrie and to assess whether our training is an appropriate fit for you at this stage of your journey.

We treat application content with the highest degree of care and confidentiality. It is accessed only by Alejandro Negrete-Hendrie and is not shared with any third party for any purpose.

c. Enrollment and Payment

When you enroll in a training program, we collect your name and email address to complete your enrollment. All tuition payments are made to Nous Institute LLC and processed securely through Stripe via ThriveCart, our checkout platform. We do not store your credit card or banking information on our own systems. Stripe’s privacy practices are available at stripe.com/privacy. ThriveCart’s privacy policy is available at thrivecart.com/privacy-policy.

d. Formation Interest

When you register interest in the Integrated Guide Formation, we collect your name, email address, and your response to whether you have completed the Art of Integrated Self-Realization training. This information is used solely to notify you when the Formation pathway opens.

e. Website Usage Data and Analytics

Our website is built on Squarespace, which automatically collects certain technical data about visitors, including IP addresses, browser type, device information, and pages visited, through cookies and similar technologies. We use aggregated data to understand how our website is being used. Squarespace’s privacy policy is available at squarespace.com/privacy.

We also use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use our website. Google Analytics collects information such as how you arrived at our site, which pages you visit, and how long you spend on each page. This data is aggregated and anonymized — we cannot identify individual visitors from it. Google’s privacy policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on available at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
