By Enrolling You Confirm the Following

By enrolling in any program or service offered by Nous Institute LLC, you confirm the following:

— This is a live educational program, not medical or therapeutic care. I understand that results are not guaranteed.

— I take full responsibility for my participation, well-being, and choices throughout the program.

— I understand that this training involves weekly two-hour teaching sessions on Sundays, mid-week Q&A sessions on Wednesdays, and a daily personal practice of at least 30 minutes. I intend to attend live whenever possible and understand that recordings are available for sessions I occasionally miss.

— I agree to respect the confidentiality of all participants and to engage with care, honesty, and personal responsibility throughout the container.

— I am of legal age to enter into a binding agreement in my jurisdiction and accept these Terms freely and without coercion.

Please read the full Terms & Agreements below before completing your enrollment.

1.  Nature of the Work

Programs and services offered by Nous Institute LLC provide educational, contemplative, and experiential learning focused on integrated awakening, psychological integration, and personal development. Programs and services are offered within the scope of educational and contemplative guidance, drawing on Psychosynthesis-informed coaching, spiritual guidance, and integrated developmental frameworks.

This work:

–  Is not psychotherapy, medical treatment, or crisis intervention

–  Does not diagnose or treat mental health or medical conditions

–  Is not a substitute for licensed professional care

Participants remain fully responsible for their own physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual well-being throughout their participation.

2.  Participant Responsibility & Readiness

By enrolling, you affirm that:

– You are participating voluntarily and of your own free will

– You take full responsibility for your own process, choices, and outcomes

– You have sufficient psychological stability and capacity for self-regulation to engage in deep reflective inner work

– You understand that this work involves self-inquiry, psychological awareness, and personal reflection, which can at times feel challenging

– You are not currently experiencing acute psychological destabilization that would require individual clinical support before engaging in sustained inner work

If at any point participation no longer feels appropriate, you are responsible for seeking additional or alternative support from a qualified professional.

3.  Scope of Practice

The Institute and its founder, teachers, facilitators, or guides:

– Do not provide psychotherapy, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment

– Do not act as licensed mental health providers unless explicitly stated in writing

– Do not assume responsibility for participants’ personal, medical, psychological, spiritual, or legal decisions

When appropriate, referrals to licensed professionals or other resources may be suggested. Acceptance of any such referral remains entirely the individual’s choice and responsibility.

4. Confidentiality & Community Agreements

The Institute commits to maintaining reasonable confidentiality regarding participant information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at nousinstitute.com/privacy.

Participants agree to:

– Protect the dignity, privacy, and confidentiality of all participants. Personal material shared within the group may be referenced in general terms outside the container, but nothing that could identify a fellow participant — including their name, identifying details, or specific personal disclosures — should be shared.

– Speak from personal experience rather than judging, advising, diagnosing, or directing others.

– Not record any live session — audio, video, or otherwise — without explicit written permission from the Institute.

Breach of confidentiality, unauthorized recording, or violation of community agreements may result in removal from the program without refund.

5. Participation & Conduct

Participants are expected to engage with:

– A constructive motivation toward genuine inner development and group coherence

– A receptive, open-minded, and curious attitude toward the teachings and practices shared in the course

– Respect for the dignity, wellbeing, and process of others

– Psychological honesty, humility, and personal accountability

– A willingness to engage with difficult material in order to heal and resolve it, rather than avoid or defend it

The Institute reserves the right to suspend or terminate a participant’s access to the program if their behavior is disruptive, unsafe, unethical, or inconsistent with the integrity of the container. In such cases, refunds will be considered at the Institute’s sole discretion.

6. Payment, Refunds & Withdrawal

All payments for programs and services are made to Nous Institute LLC. Payment terms and options are disclosed at the time of enrollment.

30-Day Guarantee

The Art of Integrated Self-Realization is a live, educational program. A full 30-day guarantee is provided under the following conditions:

– The 30-day period begins on the date of the first live session, regardless of whether the participant attended that session

– If within this period you determine the program is not right for you for any reason, you may request a full refund — no explanation required

– To request a refund, use the link below. It opens a pre-addressed email with everything already filled in — simply add your name, enrollment email, and enrollment date, then send

– Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via your original payment method

– After the 30-day period has elapsed, all sales are final

Payment Plans & Withdrawal

Payment plans represent a commitment to the full tuition amount. Withdrawal from the program after the guarantee window has closed does not release financial obligations for remaining installments. Exceptions may be considered at the Institute’s sole discretion in cases of documented extraordinary circumstances.

EU and UK Participants

Participants located in the European Union or United Kingdom acknowledge that this is a live, scheduled educational service and that the 30-day guarantee constitutes the applicable refund framework. By enrolling, you confirm that access begins with the first live session and consent to the commencement of the service on that date.

7. Intellectual Property

All course materials, recordings, written content, practices, frameworks, and methodologies provided by the Institute are the protected intellectual property of Nous Institute LLC.

Participants agree not to:

– Reproduce, distribute, or share course materials — including guided meditation recordings — without explicit written permission from the Institute

– Record any live session for distribution, commercial use, or any purpose beyond personal reference, without explicit written permission from the Institute

– Teach, represent, or transmit Institute content, frameworks, or methodologies as their own

– Use materials for commercial purposes without prior written authorization

Personal use of all materials for individual learning, reflection, and practice is permitted and encouraged.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nous Institute LLC, its founder, teachers, guides, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in any program or service, including but not limited to emotional or psychological distress, personal decisions, relational changes, or life outcomes.

Participation is undertaken voluntarily and at the participant’s own discretion and risk. The Institute’s total liability to any participant shall not exceed the amount paid for the program or service in question.

9. No Guarantees of Outcomes

No specific psychological, spiritual, emotional, relational, or life outcomes are guaranteed. Each participant’s experience is unique and shaped by many factors, including personal engagement, life circumstances, prior development, and individual readiness.

The Institute’s programs and services are offered as educational pathways, not as promises of transformation. The work invites sincere engagement; what unfolds through that engagement is the participant’s own process and responsibility.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Agreements shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms or from participation in any Institute program or service, the parties agree to first seek resolution through good-faith direct communication with the Institute at info@nousinstitute.com. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in New Mexico in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, except where prohibited by law.

Nothing in this section limits any statutory rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your state or country of residence.

11. Amendments

Nous Institute LLC reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Agreements from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to enrolled students by email with reasonable advance notice. The most current version of these Terms will always be available at nousinstitute.com/terms.

Continued participation in a program or service following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Acknowledgment

By enrolling in any program or service offered by Nous Institute LLC, you confirm that you:

–  Have read and understood these Terms & Agreements in full

–  Accept them freely, voluntarily, and without coercion

–  Understand that participation is optional and revocable within the stated guarantee window
